Hours: 18.5 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Salary: NJC Point 16-19 currently £17,419-£18,746 (pro rata) p.a.

Southend Association of Voluntary Services is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Data Administrator to join their team working on the A Better Start Project. Based in our offices in Alexandra Street, Southend, the role is to:

  • Collect project data and input onto the relevant databases
  • Carry out all administrative duties including arranging meetings, sending out papers, producing minutes, etc.
  • To be responsible for ensuring all financial records for the project are maintained and kept up to date
  • Maintain strong communication amongst the team and ensure relevant information is fed back to the team

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of administration and data management. They will have the ability to produce clear structured reports.
