How will the research take place?

You will be asked to complete a 10 minute survey and may be invited to have a conversation with our researchers via Zoom or telephone. This conversation will be about topics such as how you accessed our services, what your experience was like and how it has impacted you or your child. Whatever your thoughts about the service, we want to hear from you! To keep you and your family safe during the pandemic there will be no face-to-face contact, but the conversation you have with the researchers will still be extremely valuable and contribute to a wide-ranging piece of research into the impact of our support services.
