Hello, I’m Paul. I have worked with families in Southend for over 10 years, helping them develop their existing strengths to realise their best hopes for the future. I’m excited about the new YourFamily programme and the benefits it can bring to the Southend community over the coming years. I’m a bit of a dog lover and enjoy cooking.

Hi, I’m Ros and I have many years' experience working with children, young people, and their families throughout Essex as a Family Support Worker, Early Years Practitioner and a Volunteer Family Peer Mentor Co-Ordinator. I am excited to be developing the new YourFamily volunteering programme to ensure we can reach as many families as possible in Southend. In my spare time I relax doing cross stitch and walking my chunky labrador. I am also developing a passion for travelling home and abroad.

I have a professional and personal passion for investing in the community. In my personal life, I enjoy many different activities from stand-up paddle boarding and singing in a choir, and sometimes I like doing both at the same time!

I have worked with children for many years and before starting with YourFamily team I was a Life Coach working with children and young adults, helping them to improve their wellbeing. I am a wife and a mum myself to 3 girls, who are all very active with sports, so I spend a lot of my time taking and watching them. In my spare time I enjoy family life and socialising with our friends and family.
