This secure page has been produced to manage and control the circulation of ABSS governance papers to governance meeting members.

Members of governance meetings will be allocated a user log in and password in order to gain access to the appropriate meeting areas of the page. You will only be able to access documents for meetings that you are a standing attendee at. If you cease being a member of a particular group, your access for that group will be revoked.

If you are unable to attend a specific governance meeting, the Chair asks that you please inform the ABSS Governance Officer ABSSGovernance@eyalliance.org.uk. in writing in advance of the meeting at the earliest opportunity. You should also (where able to do so) nominate a colleague who can represent you as a delegate at the meeting. Substitutes must have the required level of seniority in order to successfully allow the group to carry out its decision making and leadership function.

Delegate access

Delegate access to governance meeting papers will be granted by the ABSS Governance Officer, and as such, any member who is unable to attend a meeting and requires delegate access for a colleague representing them will need to make this request to ABSSGovernance@eyalliance.org.uk. Please note, delegate access will be revoked once the governance meeting has taken place and therefore any subsequent delegate access requests for future meetings will need to be made for each meeting. The request to the ABSS Governance Officer must include: meeting name, meeting date, delegate name and email address in order for access to be granted.
