When you go on to the ABSS website and sign up to receive a newsletter, fill in an online form or send us an email, we may ask for certain personal information about you and your family. - Contact you for reasons related to your query or submission

- Provide you with an ABSS newsletter, if signed up to receive one

Third Party Service Providers working with and ABSS behalf:
We may pass your information on to our third party service providers and partner organisations for the purposes of providing you and your family the appropriate information and care services. We disclose only the minimum information required to deliver those services and have a contract in place to ensure that your information is kept secure, and it is only used to deliver the services provided. Our partners agencies include; Southend City Council, Early Years Alliance (A Better Start), Southend Children Centres (Family Action), Children Services, Community Groups, ABSS Researchers, University of Essex, Warwick University, the NHS and health providers including GPs.

Your rights and your personal information?
