Families Growing
Together

Enjoy family time and get a boost -
join our Families Growing Together Project

Enjoy the outdoors with your children and meet other families in Trust Links community garden sites in Shoeburyness and Westcliff.

Pick up some gardening tips and share the joy of planting, nurturing and harvesting fresh fruit and vegetables with your children.

There are other activities on offer too, from healthy eating and cookery sessions to creative workshops – available at the gardens or online. Your children will love getting dirty in our mud kitchen and enjoy playing with others in the sand pit. Help us create a magical woodland storytelling area to inspire their imaginations.

Gardening keeps you fit, helps you connect with others and the natural environment, and creates a sense of wellbeing.

This project is open to all families living in eligible areas* and we invite referrals from professionals who consider that a particular family would benefit from therapeutic gardening and access to Trust Links’ wider support for improved mental health.

Sign-up now – email us at admin-support@trustlinks.org or call us on: 01702 213134

Please tell us which time and location suits you best.  Some families choose to join an entire session, whilst others prefer to drop in for a couple of hours.  You choose.
